quite a while its been actually

hello there,

Finally returned to New Zealand after a long, enjoyable holiday. Sorry for not telling you guys that I left!! I was on the waiting list and I wasn't sure when I was leaving!! Sorry.

Anyway, classes started last week. Started off with orientation, then introduction to the kitchen. Got a new lecturer, named Craig Lucas. He recently left the industry and was an exercutive head chef for a restaurant. Got my new knife kit, and my uniform. Currently enjoying my course so far. Its been great settling down to the good ol laidback lifestyle. LOL.

Gotta get my life sorted. Damn it Tristo, wake up, move your ass and start working!!!
